What is the first aid provision;
First Aid is the methods and techniques used in non-life threatening incidents. The aim is to reduce the pain of the victim and to keep a trauma stable, preventing it from becoming worse.

What is CPR?
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a technique that consists of chest compressions and rescue breaths We apply Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) if we find that a victim is not breathing, in order to keep his brain oxygenated. It also known as the “kiss of life”

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is taught in most First Aid Training Programs

What is Basic Life Support (BLS)
As Basic Life Support are considered all the techniques applied, to deal with life threatening incidents. Life – threatening emergencies are the ones that can cause a cardio – respiratory arest Basic Life Support techiniques contain also CPR

What is an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
The Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a high-tech, microprocessor-based portable device. t has sensors to detect the heartbeat and, if it does not recognize it, supplies electricity through two adhesive electrodes to the myocardium.

What is the portable oxygen device?

It is just a device that contains medical oxygen It is especially useful when providing first aid, as it enables us to raise the levels of oxygen in a victim’s body. We use oxygen in a wide range of cases, whether they are life-threatening or not.

Is first adi provision the same for all ages (Adult – child – infant)?
Many techniques vary depending on the age of the victim, but some remain the same. For example, Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) differs from child or infant CPR, while badanging technique remains the same for both adults and children.

How can I be able to apply all of the above to a child or an infant?
By participating to First Help Training & SUrviving first aid programs, you will get properly trained to deal with children and infants emergencies. At the same time you will learn to apply CPR along with an AED to a child, as well as how to perform CPR to an infant

Do I need to take exams to be certified as a First Aid Provider?
After completing your training, an evaluation process is carried out, which includes completing a questionnaire and demonstrating specific first aid skills. All evaluation subjects are based on the training that you would already have received

International Ceritificate & training content
Who is issuing the training certificates?
All the instructors working for First Help Training & Surviving are fully certified on each subject The certificates are issued by Rescue Trainining International (RTI), an accredited organization that has been audited by a designated authority for that purpose.

Who may enroll to the first aid programs of First Help Training & Surviving ;
The Educational Programs are aimed at all people regardless of their age, professional status and previous experience. They aim at basic training of participants, as the program includes all incidents, threatening or not, for human life.

What will i learn by enrolling to a First Help Training & Surviving training program?
After completing First Aid Training, you will be able to apply Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED), administer oxygen as well as provide first aid to adults, children and infants.
